30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
How to Request a Return
Email zhongyicrafts@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos.
Return Shipping
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we'll cover the return shipping cost. For other approved returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
