Returns & Exchanges

We hope every Zhong Yi piece feels meaningful to you. If your order is not quite right, please review the policy below before requesting a return.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return requests submitted after the 30-day return period may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email zhongyicrafts@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number

• The item you would like to return

• The reason for the return

• Clear photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

After reviewing your request, we will email you to confirm whether the return is approved and provide the appropriate return address and shipping instructions.

Please do not send any item back before receiving return approval from us. Returns sent without prior authorization, or sent to an address not provided by Zhong Yi, may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In its original condition

• Returned with its original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling after delivery may not qualify for a refund.

Natural Stone Variations

Our products are made with natural stones and materials. Variations in color, pattern, translucency, texture, inclusions, shape, and markings are normal and make every piece unique.

These natural variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for a damage claim.

Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Gift cards

• Items marked as final sale

• Mystery items or mystery boxes

• Complimentary promotional gifts

• Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether an item is eligible for return.

Return Address and Instructions

The return address will be provided by email after your return request has been reviewed and approved.

Because the appropriate return location may depend on the product and order, please do not return products to the sender address shown on the original package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Approved returns must be mailed to the address provided in our return authorization email.

Customers are responsible for following the return instructions provided. Zhong Yi is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or unauthorized address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

After your return request is approved, we will email you the return address and shipping instructions.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until the return has been completed.

Zhong Yi is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged in transit, or sent to an incorrect or unauthorized address.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is caused by an error on our part.

Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees associated with a customer-initiated return are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer automatic direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, style, or product, please request a return for the original item and place a new order for your preferred option.

This helps us process your request more quickly and prevents the replacement item from selling out while the original item is being returned.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at zhongyicrafts@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

• Photos of the outer and inner packaging

• A brief description of the issue

Please keep the item and all packaging until we confirm the next steps.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Do not discard or return the item before receiving instructions from us.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other fees paid to third parties are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period, please contact your payment provider first and then email us at zhongyicrafts@gmail.com.

Promotional Gifts

Complimentary promotional gifts cannot be returned or exchanged separately.

If returning one or more purchased items causes the remaining order value to fall below the qualifying amount for a promotional gift, the unused promotional gift must also be returned.

If the promotional gift is not included with the approved return, we may deduct the value shown in the promotion or order details from the refund, where permitted by applicable law.

Promotional gifts must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at zhongyicrafts@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and the standard return policy will apply.

Refused and Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, any refund will be processed only after the package has been returned to us and inspected.

Original shipping fees and any return shipping charges, customs fees, or carrier handling fees may be deducted from the refund.

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.
