Two Breathing Methods for Deep-Linking Crystals

Method One – Lying Down (For experienced meditators)
If you don’t meditate daily, you may fall asleep easily.

  1. Lie down comfortably. Place the crystal about 7 cm above your head, tip facing up. Slowly close your eyes.

  2. Visualize the crystal glowing in its own color.

  3. Inhale (4 counts): Draw that light from the crystal into the crown of your head, down through the brow, throat, heart, solar plexus, navel, and root chakras to the base of your spine.

  4. Exhale (4 counts): Let anxiety and tension rise along your spine and release through the top of your head.

  5. Repeat: With each inhale, bring in more light; with each exhale, release tension and feel the light grow brighter inside you.

  6. Observe any images, sounds, or words that arise — receive the crystal’s message.

If you feel very dizzy, stop anytime. Kneel, rest your forehead on the ground, take deep breaths, and reconnect with the earth.

Method Two – Sitting (For crystals you can comfortably hold)

  1. Find a quiet space. Sit in a relaxed position.

  2. Hold the crystal with your left hand or both hands, resting it at your heart chakra.

    • Inhale (4 counts): Imagine air passing through the crystal into your body at the heart center.

    • Hold (4 counts): The crystal’s energy fills your entire body.

    • Exhale (4 counts): Release tension and anxiety through your nose.

    • Hold (4 counts): Bring your attention back to your hands, feeling the crystal again.
      This completes one full breath cycle.

  3. Repeat this cycle at least three times — more if it feels right for you.

  4. Throughout the process, stay aware of physical sensations, images, sounds, or words that arise.
