Return shipping is your responsibility. As a token of our gratitude, we offer a $7.99 shipping subsidy — simply keep your receipt and contact us after your return is approved. The subsidy will be returned to you within 5 business days.
Refund: Once we receive and confirm the item is完好, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method (bank processing may take an additional 3–7 business days). Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
