At Zhong Yi, every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before it begins its journey to you. Because our products are made with natural stones, we take extra care to protect each piece during handling and transportation.
Order Processing
Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.
Certain hand-finished, made-to-order, or individually prepared items may require 3–7 business days before shipment. Any extended preparation time will be noted on the relevant product page whenever possible.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Packaging
Each item is carefully checked and packed using protective materials to help prevent movement and damage during transit.
Depending on the product, your order may include:

Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $69 or more.
A flat standard shipping rate of $9.99 applies to qualifying orders under $69.
The applicable shipping charge and available delivery methods will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Order values used to determine free-shipping eligibility are calculated after applicable product discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated standard delivery is generally:

These estimates begin after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs procedures, severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally extend delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information can sometimes take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Please make sure the email address entered during checkout is accurate so that you can receive order and tracking notifications.
Shipping Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

Zhong Yi is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

International Orders
International delivery times can vary by destination and local customs procedures.
Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country, unless these charges are specifically included during checkout.
Zhong Yi does not control customs processing times or local import charges.
